Telephone Orders will be taken between the hours of 09:30 -18:00 Mon-Fri (GMT). Please have your credit card details ready.
Ordering by Post
Please ensure all information is enclosed with your order including: Item Code, Title, Size, and finish option. And also personal details including: Name, Address, Telephone number and email address in order that we can contact you.
Payment
We accept credit/debit card payments on e-nets secure Server, Following filling in the shipping & payment information you will be directed to the e-nets secure server to input final payment details. If you are unsure of this procedure we will be happy to take your order over the phone
We also accept payment via PayPal
If ordering by mail using a Cheque (UK only), please allow an extra 3 working days for clearance of funds. We also accept postal Orders.
Delivery
Orders are despatched using 1st Class Royal Mail and will require a signature at destination.
All our goods are despatch within 5 working days of receipt of payment. although they may be longer during peak trading times, if an item is going to be delayed we will inform via mail, if an item is delayed you will be able to cancel the order before it is dispatched.
Overseas
All Orders outside the UK are sent via Air mail, and will take approximately 7-10 days from the date ordered. You can track your order online by logging into your account.

A flat rate Postage & Packing fee is charged on all orders under £100 are as follows:

- Europe £5.00
- Rest of the world £8.00

The following conditions apply
- Postage will not be refunded on unwanted items
- All unwanted Items must be returned in an Un-used condition in the Gift Box provided.
- For your own protection please return items via Recorded Delivery.
Earrings
Earrings are non-returnable due to Hygienic implications except for the following reasons:
- If the product is found to be faulty on arrival
- If the wrong Item was despatched
If the above reasons are found, Jewelleryinabox.com must be contact within 36 hours prior to despatch.
Rings
If the wrong size is ordered a refund will be given excluding the postage and packing charges.
Faulty Goods
A full refund will apply to all items if found faulty upon arrival. Please contact us prior to returning the items.
